At ALURA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back to your training with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
